The Sesh Bars Terms & Conditions
- Your deposit secures your event date. Deposits will be returned within 5 working days of the completion of your event
- If you require a refund of your deposit due to an event cancelation, 14 working days’ notice must be provided
- Unless agreed beforehand, only drinks supplied by us can be consumed during the event and may lead to a loss of your deposit
- When booking with us please provide us
- If there have been any direct costs paid by us, we will net these off before issuing a refund. For example, if we have applied for a temporary events notice – we will deduct the direct cost of £21.00 which was paid to the local council
