Contact us by phone, email, or the online quote form. Share your event date, guest count, venue, and preferred package. We provide a detailed quote within 24 hours. Book at least 6–8 weeks before your event to secure your date. Peak season dates (June–September and December) fill 3–4 months ahead.

Menu Design & Planning

Our team designs a bespoke cocktail menu based on your preferences. We discuss drink selections, dietary requirements, and any signature cocktails. You receive a finalised menu and event plan two weeks before the date. A 25% deposit confirms your booking.

3.

Setup & Service

Our team arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time. We set up the bar, stock the fridges, prepare garnishes, and brief the staff. Service runs for the agreed duration — typically 4–6 hours. Our bartenders serve drinks, manage stock levels, and keep the bar area clean throughout.

4.

Cleanup & Collection

After last orders we handle full cleanup. We pack down the bar, remove all equipment, and dispose of waste. Your venue is left in the same condition as before setup. Collection happens the same night or the following morning depending on venue access.

We offer three pricing structures:

Paid Bar (All-Inclusive) — our most popular option for weddings and corporate events.

What is included in a mobile bar hire package?

Can we supply our own alcohol?

Absolutely! Our dry hire option is perfect if you want to source your own drinks. We simply charge for the bar structure and staffing hours, ensuring your guests still get a professional service.

How far in advance should I book a mobile bar?

Book at least 6–8 weeks before your event. Peak season dates (June–September and December) fill 3–4 months ahead. Wedding bookings for popular summer Saturdays fill 6–12 months in advance.

What are the requirements for the venue?

We work with almost any venue type. Requirements are minimal:

  • Power: 1–2 standard 13-amp sockets
  • Water: Not required — we bring our own supply
  • Outdoor Events: A shelter (gazebo or marquee) and flat ground
  • Access: Vehicle access for equipment loading (we handle permits where needed)

What is the difference between Cash Bar and Paid Bar?

  • Cash Bar: Guests purchase their own drinks by card or cash. There is a £500 booking fee (waived for 200+ guests) and a £1,500 minimum spend guarantee. If bar sales fall short of £1,500 you pay the difference.
  • Paid Bar: You cover the cost and guests drink freely. You pay £6.50 per person per hour (excluding cocktails) or £7.50 per person per hour (including cocktails). Minimum 100 guests for 4 hours. This creates a seamless open bar experience for weddings and corporate events.

Do you provide glassware?

Yes. We provide full commercial-grade glassware — flutes, coupes, highballs, tumblers, and martini glasses.

  • Paid Bar: Glassware is included in the package price
  • Cash Bar: A flat £250 charge covers all glassware plus a dedicated crew member who collects and washes glasses throughout the event

Do you offer non-alcoholic and mocktail options?

Our mocktail bar hire service provides a full range of non-alcoholic cocktails crafted with the same care as our alcoholic drinks. Mocktail menus include alcohol-free espresso martinis, virgin mojitos, and fruit-based spritzers. Every package includes soft drinks and water as standard. Fully alcohol-free bar hire is available for corporate wellness events and family celebrations.

What is your cancellation policy?

We know plans change.

90+ days notice: Full refund minus £200 admin fee.

60-90 days: 50% refund.

Under 60 days: Non-refundable, but we are happy to reschedule your date where possible.

What payment methods do you accept and when is payment due?

We accept bank transfer (BACS - our preferred method), credit/debit cards, and for corporate clients, account billing with net-30 terms.

Payment timeline: 25-30% deposit at booking to secure your date. For paid bars, remaining balance due 7 days before your event. For cash bars, payment settled immediately after based on actual consumption.

For cash bars with £1,500 minimum: if sales exceeded this, you pay only booking fee (waived for 200+ guests) plus £250 glassware. If sales fell short, you pay the difference plus fees. We provide complete sales reports showing all transactions.
