Dry hire starts from £1,700 (bar unit and setup, you supply drinks). Cash bar packages start from £500 (£500 booking fee plus £1,500 minimum spend, guests pay per drink). All-inclusive packages are £6.50-£7.50 per person per hour. Bespoke packages start from £1,200. All prices exclude VAT and include travel inside the M25. How far in advance should I book bar hire for my event? +
Book 8-12 weeks ahead for weekday events and 3-6 months for weekend weddings during peak season (May to September). Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible, call 020 8087 4269 to check availability. Weekend dates in summer and December book out fastest.
