Cliveden House at Taplow sits in 376 acres of National Trust parkland overlooking the river, hosting weddings for up to 120 guests across its dining rooms and grounds. Monkey Island Estate at Bray is a true island retreat with riverside views, and Bray itself is a destination village known for its restaurants. Our mobile bar covers the drinks reception through to the evening bar from a single freestanding unit.
Cliveden, Monkey Island, and similar venues are licensed, so an external bar team works under the venue's premises licence with no paperwork for you. For marquee receptions on private riverside grounds or unlicensed estates, a Temporary Events Notice must be filed with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead at least 10 working days ahead. We submit the TEN as part of the booking.

Our bar units are built for outdoor use - weather-sealed, stable on uneven lawns, and compact enough to fit inside standard 6m marquee bays. Power runs from a single 16-amp socket or a small generator, and we advise on whichever suits the marquee layout and riverbank access.
