Phyllis Court Club, a grand riverside manor in 18 acres on the bank of the Thames, hosts weddings in its Riverside Pavilion for up to 100 guests with panoramic views over the regatta course. Stonor Park, a historic manor in the Chilterns just north of the town, offers grounds for marquee receptions. Our mobile bar covers the drinks reception through to the evening bar from a single freestanding unit.

Henley sits in Oxfordshire, just over the Berkshire boundary, so the licensing authority is South Oxfordshire District Council. Licensed venues like Phyllis Court hold their own premises licence and need no extra paperwork. For marquees on private riverside lawns or unlicensed gardens, a Temporary Events Notice must be filed with South Oxfordshire District Council at least 10 working days ahead - we submit it for you.

That means faster setup, a modest transparent travel supplement (typically £15-£25 return), and a crew that knows the Henley reach and its riverside access points.
