Package choice

Choose How Your Windsor Bar Will Run

Dry hire suits hosts or venues supplying their own drinks. A cash bar lets guests buy drinks and carries a minimum bar sales. Open-bar pricing covers the agreed drinks service per adult per hour. Bespoke packages cover events that need a different bar format or service plan.

The final quote sets out package inclusions, travel, guest count, duration, and any venue-dependent requirements. Review the full bar hire packages and pricing before choosing an option.

Venue logistics

Confirm the Windsor Venue Details Before Booking

The bar plan depends on where the team can load in, where the bar can stand, and what services are available nearby. Ask the venue about parking, access times, steps or lifts, power, water, waste, service hours, and restrictions that affect suppliers.

Licensing also depends on the venue and the planned drinks service. Confirm permissions with the venue or council before booking and include the answer when you request your Windsor quote.

How much does mobile bar hire cost in Windsor? +
Open-bar rates are £6.50 per adult per hour without alcoholic cocktails and £7.50 with alcoholic cocktails, for the first four hours, and £4.50 per adult per hour after that. The standard minimum is 100 chargeable adults and four hours, so a four-hour event starts at £2,600 without alcoholic cocktails or £3,000 with. No VAT is added on top of these rates. Smaller events are quoted individually. A cash bar has a £500 hire fee and a £1,500 minimum bar sales, and the £500 fee includes VAT where applicable. Dry hire and bespoke packages are quoted individually. Any travel charge is confirmed in your quote.
Do I need a Temporary Event Notice for a Windsor event? +
Licensing depends on the venue's existing permissions and the planned drinks service. Confirm the permissions and licensing arrangements with the venue or council before booking. Share that information with The Sesh Bars so the bar plan and responsibilities can be agreed.
