Windsor has some of the finest wedding venues in Berkshire. Oakley Court at Water Oakley is an exclusive-use Victorian Gothic mansion on the Thames with a walled garden that takes a marquee for up to 500 guests. Coworth Park near Ascot sits in 240 acres of parkland with bespoke event space for intimate gatherings through to large receptions. Royal Windsor Racecourse offers riverside grounds and the Riverbank Pavilion for off-race-day private hire. Our mobile bar covers cocktail hour through to the evening bar from a single freestanding unit.
Most of these are licensed venues, so an external bar team works under the venue's existing premises licence - no paperwork for you. Where a couple chooses a marquee on private grounds or an unlicensed estate, a Temporary Events Notice must be filed with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead at least 10 working days ahead. We submit the TEN as part of the booking; you only confirm the date and final guest count.

Ascot & The Season
The Windsor and Ascot area carries the highest concentration of high-end private bookings in Berkshire, clustered around Royal Ascot in June, the Guards Polo Club season in Windsor Great Park, and corporate hospitality through the summer. Pre-race breakfasts in houses along Ascot's leafy residential roads and post-race marquee parties on estate grounds in Sunningdale and Sunninghill are among our most common bookings.
Windsor's calendar runs well beyond racing - charity dinners, corporate retreats, and private celebrations throughout the year. Several venues in the SL4 postcode close to Windsor Castle carry local restrictions on noise and event timing, and we confirm any venue-specific conditions before the booking is finalised. Race-week demand peaks hard, so June and July dates should be secured at least 10-12 weeks ahead.

The Sesh Bars is based in Reading, around 20 minutes from Windsor along the M4. We are already in the county rather than travelling out from London with a heavy mileage surcharge. That means faster setup, a smaller transparent travel supplement (typically £15-£25 return), and a team that knows the local venues and load-in routes.
