The Sesh Bars provides the mobile bar unit, licensed bartenders, a festive cocktail menu, quality glassware, ice, and complete setup and strike for Reading and Berkshire venues. All-inclusive service starts from £6.50 per person per hour; the final quote depends on guest count, duration, drink selection and venue access. Coverage includes Reading, Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead, Henley-on-Thames, Newbury, Wokingham, and Bracknell. Office parties at Thames Valley business parks and country house or village hall celebrations can be planned through our Berkshire service area.

Every bartender holds a personal alcohol licence and public liability insurance to £5 million is included. Where a venue has no premises licence, which is common at village halls and private estates, a Temporary Event Notice is required and we handle the application with Reading, West Berkshire, Wokingham, Windsor and Maidenhead, or Bracknell Forest council. December Saturdays at the most popular Reading and Henley-on-Thames venues sell out first, typically by early October. Fridays follow by early November. All-inclusive packages cover the full festive drinks bill: seasonal cocktails, prosecco, spirits, beer, soft drinks, and non-alcoholic options. Public liability insurance and personal alcohol licences are included on every booking. Where a Temporary Event Notice is required, we advise on the process and can co-apply on your behalf.
