The Sesh Bars provides the mobile bar unit, professional bartenders, a festive drinks menu (cocktails on the £7.50 rate), glassware, ice and full setup and strike for Reading and Berkshire venues. Open bar is £6.50 per adult per hour without alcoholic cocktails and £7.50 with, with no VAT added on top. The final quote depends on adult count, duration, drink selection and venue access. We cover Reading, Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead, Henley-on-Thames, Newbury, Wokingham and Bracknell. Office parties at Thames Valley business parks and country house or village hall celebrations are planned through our Berkshire service area.

Public liability insurance to £5 million is included. Where a venue has no premises licence, which is common at offices, warehouses, village halls and marquees, a Temporary Event Notice is required and we help with the application to your local council.

    Give a working number when you enquire, then settle final numbers a few weeks ahead once replies are in.

We agree setup time and access with you in advance so the bar is dressed, stocked, and ready to serve by the time the first person walks in.

The open bar covers prosecco, spirits, beer, soft drinks and non-alcoholic options, with seasonal cocktails on the £7.50 rate. Public liability insurance is included on every booking. Licensing requirements are checked for each event, and we can arrange a Temporary Event Notice where required and agreed.

Festive Cocktail Menu.

Our Christmas cocktail menu leads with seasonal serves built for a December crowd. The Spiced Negroni (sloe gin, sweet vermouth, orange bitters, cinnamon) and the Cranberry French 75 (gin, lemon, cranberry, prosecco) head the festive list. The Mulled Wine Spritz and Cinnamon Old Fashioned round out the seasonal list. Every menu includes a non-alcoholic Spiced Apple Punch.
