Every corporate bar hire booking includes a portable bar unit, professional bartenders, premium spirits, quality glassware, ice, full setup and strike, and public liability insurance. The bar arrives 90 minutes before your event start time and is fully operational before your first guest walks in.
Corporate packages extend the standard service with dedicated account management, pre-event site visits for complex venues, and a branded menu card printed with your company name. High-volume events above 300 guests receive a lead bar manager who coordinates service across multiple bar points and liaises directly with your event manager.
Dietary requirements (vegan spirits, low-alcohol options, zero-proof cocktails) are confirmed at briefing and communicated to the bar team. No guest should need to ask twice. Our bar staff hire option is also available if you need experienced staff to work alongside your existing bar setup.

Larger events scale on a per-head basis. A 200-guest corporate party with a five-hour service window and branded bar typically falls between £3,800 and £5,500 depending on drink menu specification. Events of 400 guests or more are quoted individually based on bar unit count, bartender team size, and venue access logistics.
