Bracknell's headline wedding venue is Easthampstead Park, a Grade I-listed Victorian mansion set in 80 acres of formal gardens, parkland, and woodland, with private hire and easy access from the M4 and M3. The Coppid Beech Hotel near Binfield offers function space for receptions, and the wider Bracknell Forest area has woodland and country-hotel settings. Our mobile bar covers the drinks reception through to the evening bar from a single freestanding unit.
Bracknell falls under Bracknell Forest Council. Licensed venues like Easthampstead Park and the Coppid Beech hold their own premises licence, so an external bar team needs no extra paperwork. For marquees on private grounds or unlicensed estates, a Temporary Events Notice must be filed with Bracknell Forest Council at least 10 working days ahead. We submit the TEN as part of the booking.
