Weddings
Wokingham has a strong set of wedding venues within minutes of our base. Cantley House Hotel, the former home of the Marquis of Ormonde, is a house-and-barn venue set in 50 acres of countryside on the edge of town. Bearwood Lakes Golf Club offers ceremonies with panoramic views across its lakes and woodland. Both sit just a short drive from Reading, Windsor, and Maidenhead. Our mobile bar covers the drinks reception through to the evening bar from a single freestanding unit.
Wokingham falls under Wokingham Borough Council. Licensed venues like Cantley House and Bearwood Lakes hold their own premises licence, so an external bar team needs no extra paperwork. For marquees on private grounds or unlicensed estates, a Temporary Events Notice must be filed with Wokingham Borough Council at least 10 working days ahead. We submit the TEN as part of the booking.

Wokingham is one of the closest towns to our Reading base, so garden parties, birthdays, and anniversaries here are quick to set up and carry the smallest travel cost in our whole service area. The format is simple: a freestanding bar in the garden, a TEN where the property is unlicensed, and a two-person bartender team for groups up to 80 guests. Bar units are weather-sealed and fitted with covers for open-air service.
Across the RG40 and RG41 postcodes - Finchampstead, Winnersh, Barkham, and the Wokingham town centre - most residential addresses offer wide road access and straightforward load-in. Village halls in Finchampstead and the surrounding villages are regular bookings for milestone birthdays and family celebrations.
