A Bar That Keeps Up.

Every booking includes a compact bar setup, a professional bartender, quality glassware, ice, garnishes, and full setup and strike, sized to fit a residential kitchen, garden, or games room. We design a named signature drink or shot for the groom-to-be at no extra charge on the £7.50 rate.

Non-alcoholic options are included as standard, and public liability insurance of £5 million covers every booking.

Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, and a house lager or IPA selection are consistently popular choices for stag dos. We scale bartender numbers and stock to your guest count, and can work around a day of activities rather than a fixed evening slot for larger groups.

What a Stag Do Bar Costs.

Priced individually for your guest count. Our standard open-bar rates (£6.50 per adult per hour without alcoholic cocktails, £7.50 with, first four hours) apply from 100 adults. Dry hire and cash bar suit groups already supplying some of their own drinks.

Dry hire is quoted individually. A cash bar is £500 plus a £1,500 minimum bar sales, and the £500 fee includes VAT where applicable.

Yes. Larger stag groups often combine bar hire with a day of activities before the evening starts, we scale bartender numbers and stock to your guest count and can work around an activity schedule rather than a fixed evening slot.

Yes, we can build a named cocktail or shot around the groom's favourite spirit or a running joke from the group, included at no extra charge on the £7.50 rate.

3-4 weeks ahead is usually enough, though summer weekends and rural or hard-to-reach locations book out and need confirming earlier, mention travel and access details when you enquire.
