A Real Bar, Not a Bottle of Prosecco.

Every booking includes a compact bar setup, a professional bartender, quality glassware, ice, garnishes, and full setup and strike, sized to fit a residential kitchen or garden. We design a named signature cocktail for the bride-to-be at no extra charge on the £7.50 rate.

Non-alcoholic options are included as standard, and public liability insurance of £5 million covers every booking.

What a Hen Do Bar Costs.

Priced individually for your guest count. Our standard open-bar rates (£6.50 per adult per hour without alcoholic cocktails, £7.50 with, first four hours) apply from 100 adults. Dry hire and cash bar suit groups already supplying some of their own drinks.

Hen Do Bar Hire FAQ.

Can you run a cocktail masterclass as part of a hen do bar hire booking? +
Yes. Our cocktail masterclass is £50 per person for a two-hour class with a minimum of 12 participants, and it includes all alcohol, ingredients, mixers, glassware, ice, bar equipment and the materials needed. Tell us your date and group size when you enquire and we will confirm it in your quote.
How much does hen do bar hire cost? +
Priced individually for your guest count. Our standard open-bar rates (£6.50 per adult per hour without alcoholic cocktails, £7.50 with, first four hours) apply from 100 adults. No VAT is added on top of these rates. Dry hire is quoted individually. A cash bar has a £500 hire fee and £1,500 minimum bar sales, and the £500 fee includes VAT where applicable.
Can you set up at a house, Airbnb, or holiday cottage? +

We cover hen dos from as few as 10 guests upward. Smaller groups often suit a compact dry hire or cash bar setup rather than a full all-inclusive package, we'll recommend the option that fits your group size and budget.
How far in advance should we book a hen do bar? +
3-4 weeks ahead is usually enough, though summer weekends book out faster. If your hen do is at a rural or hard-to-reach location, mention it early so we can confirm access and travel.
