01 - What's Included

Mocktail Bar, Licensed Optional.

Every booking includes a portable bar unit, staff, quality glassware, ice, garnishes, and full setup and strike. A full zero-proof menu for the guest of honour and younger guests is included as standard, built to the same standard as our licensed cocktail service, not a jug of squash on a side table.

If you'd like a licensed bar available for the adults too, we can run that alongside as an optional add-on, tell us when you enquire and we'll quote it separately. Public liability insurance of £5 million covers every booking, and any bartender serving alcohol holds a personal alcohol licence and follows a strict ID policy.

02 - Signature Mocktail

A Named Drink for the Guest of Honour.

We design a named mocktail for the bar or bat mitzvah, built around their favourite flavours and printed on the menu card, the same treatment we give a signature cocktail at an adult milestone party. It's included as standard, no extra charge.

The menu can be themed to match the party, colours, interests, or a running theme, and we agree the age cutoff and any wristband system with you in advance so there's no confusion at the bar on the day. See our full cocktail menu for the full drinks list.

Pricing is the same whether the menu runs mocktail-only (the default) or you add a licensed bar for the adults. A 100-guest, 4-hour all-inclusive event lands around £2,600-£3,000.

How do you handle a bar mitzvah or bat mitzvah with both kids and adults in the room? +
The mocktail bar for the guest of honour and the younger crowd is the default and included as standard, staffed and stocked to a full cocktail-bar standard, not an afterthought. A licensed bar for the adults can run alongside as an optional add-on, tell us when you enquire if you'd like one. We never serve alcohol to anyone under 18, and we ID on any borderline case.
Can you create a signature mocktail for the bar or bat mitzvah? +
Yes. We design a named mocktail for the guest of honour, built around their favourite flavours, the same way we do a signature cocktail for an adult milestone celebration. It's included as standard and printed on the menu card with their name.
How much does bar mitzvah or bat mitzvah bar hire cost? +
All-inclusive packages run £6.50-£7.50 per person per hour whether the menu is mocktail-only (the default) or you add a licensed bar for the adults. A 100-guest, 4-hour event lands around £2,600-£3,000. Dry hire from £1,700 and cash bar from £500 plus a £1,500 minimum spend are also available.
Do you check ID at events with underage guests? +
Yes, always. Our bartenders hold personal alcohol licences and are trained to ID anyone who looks under 25 before serving alcohol. At a bar or bat mitzvah, we agree the age cutoff and any wristband or table-marking system with you in advance so there's no ambiguity on the day.
What venues do you cover for bar mitzvah and bat mitzvah celebrations? +
Synagogue function rooms, hotel ballrooms, marquees, and private venues across London and Berkshire. We confirm venue access, power, and room layout at the quote stage, the same as any other event booking.
Can the mocktail bar be themed to match the party? +
Yes. We can build the mocktail menu around a theme, colours, or the guest of honour's interests, printed on custom menu cards, without any extra charge for the zero-proof side of the bar.
