01 - What's Included

A Full Bar, No Alcohol.

Every booking includes a portable bar unit, trained bar staff, quality glassware, ice, garnishes, and full setup and strike. The zero-proof menu is built to the same standard as our licensed cocktail service, proper glassware and presentation, not a jug of squash on a side table.

If a specific event wants a licensed bar available too, we can run that alongside, tell us the split when you enquire. Public liability insurance of £5 million covers every booking.

Mango and rose-based mocktails, a spiced chai-inspired serve, and fresh fruit mocktails are consistently popular choices for Eid celebrations. Family gatherings often mix generations in the same room, so the menu is built to work for everyone rather than skew young or formal.

What an Eid Bar Costs.

No surcharge applies for a zero-proof menu, it's priced the same as our licensed service. A 100-guest, 4-hour all-inclusive bar lands around £2,600-£3,000. Dry hire suits smaller gatherings where you're supplying soft drinks and just want the bar unit and staff.

Is this an alcohol-free bar service? +
By default, yes. Many Eid celebrations are alcohol-free by preference, so our zero-proof cocktail menu is the standard offering on this page, not an add-on. If a specific event does want a licensed bar available alongside it, tell us when you enquire and we'll quote that instead.
What drinks do you serve at Eid celebrations? +

Can you cater for large family gatherings, not just formal events? +
Yes. Eid celebrations range from large multi-family gatherings at a hired hall to a bigger house party at home. We size the bar setup and staffing to guest count and venue type either way, and our house party bar hire page covers residential setups if you're hosting at home.
How far ahead should we book for Eid? +
Book 3-4 weeks ahead where possible. Eid dates shift each year and confirm close to the day, so we hold flexibility for date changes where we can and recommend enquiring as soon as you have a likely date, even before it's confirmed.
Do you serve at both Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha events? +
Yes, the service is the same for both, a full zero-proof bar for family and community celebrations. Guest numbers and venue type tend to be the main differences between bookings rather than which Eid it is.
