Saffron, Pistachio & Pomegranate.

Saffron and pistachio-inspired serves, pomegranate and rose cocktails and mocktails, and a spiced chai serve are consistently popular choices for Diwali celebrations. We can build a named signature drink around the family's favourite flavours for the celebration, alcoholic or alcohol-free.

08 - FAQ

Diwali Party Bar Hire FAQ.

Do you cater for both family Diwali gatherings and larger community events? +
Yes, both. Diwali bookings range from a family gathering at home to a larger community celebration at a hired hall. We size the bar unit and staffing to the venue and guest count either way, our house party bar hire page covers residential setups specifically.
Can the Diwali bar be alcohol-free? +
Yes. Some families run Diwali fully dry, others want a licensed bar. A full zero-proof cocktail menu is included on every package at no extra charge, so either approach is covered without extra cost. Tell us the family's preference when you enquire.
What drinks do you recommend for a Diwali celebration? +
Saffron and pistachio-inspired serves, pomegranate and rose cocktails and mocktails, and a spiced chai serve are popular choices for Diwali celebrations. We can also build a signature cocktail or mocktail around the family's favourite flavours for the celebration.
How much does Diwali party bar hire cost? +
Dry hire starts from £1,700, cash bar from £500 plus a £1,500 minimum spend, and all-inclusive packages run £6.50-£7.50 per person per hour, licensed or zero-proof at the same rate. A 60-guest, 4-hour all-inclusive bar lands around £1,560-£1,800.
Can you decorate the bar area to fit a Diwali theme? +
We keep the bar unit itself neutral so it fits whatever decor and lighting the venue or family bring in, we're happy to work around string lights, diyas, and rangoli displays without our setup competing for space or attention.
How far ahead should we book for Diwali? +
Book 3-4 weeks ahead for a straightforward booking, and earlier if you want a specific date over a weekend, since Diwali falls on the same few days each year and those dates tend to book up quickly.
