One Team Across the Whole Weekend.

Asian weddings typically run across two or three functions: a mehndi (henna night, often daytime or early evening, frequently dry), a sangeet (the music and dance night, high-energy, usually a full bar), and the baraat and main reception (the procession and the big event, full cocktail service). Some families combine the mehndi and sangeet into one evening, others spread the weekend across three separate venues.

We quote and staff each function to what it actually needs rather than one bar setup repeated three times. A mehndi bar leans mocktail and stays low-key. A sangeet bar is built to serve fast between dance sets. A reception bar runs the full menu from arrival drinks through to last orders. Every Function, Same Standard.

Every function booking includes a portable bar unit, licensed bartenders, quality glassware, ice, and full setup and strike. A zero-proof cocktail menu is built into every package at no extra charge, which matters when one function in the weekend runs dry and another doesn't. Public liability insurance of £5 million and personal alcohol licences are standard across every booking.

Booking multiple functions as one package means one enquiry, one contract, and one team who already knows your running order by the time reception night arrives. We travel between venues within London and Berkshire without treating each move as a separate booking from scratch.

03 - Cost

Pricing Across Functions.

Each function is priced on the same three options as any other booking. A dry mehndi with mocktails only usually sits at the lower end, a full-bar sangeet or reception at the higher end, and the total depends on guest count, duration, and how many functions you book with us.

Do you cover multi-day Asian weddings, or just the main reception? +
We cover the full run of functions, not just the reception. That typically means a sangeet or mehndi the night or two before, then the baraat and main reception. We can quote each function separately or as one package across the whole event, whichever is easier for you to manage. Can the bar be alcohol-free for some or all functions? +
Yes, and this is a common request. Many mehndis and some full weddings run dry by family preference or religious observance. We run a full zero-proof cocktail menu alongside the standard one on every package at no extra charge, so a mehndi can be entirely non-alcoholic while the sangeet or reception the same weekend runs a full bar. Tell us the split when you enquire and we will build the drinks list around it.
How much does bar hire cost across a multi-function Asian wedding? +
Each function is priced the same way as any other booking: dry hire from £1,700, cash bar from £500 plus a £1,500 minimum spend, or all-inclusive at £6.50-£7.50 per person per hour. We quote a three-function weekend (mehndi, sangeet, reception) as one package with one setup and strike per venue, which typically costs less than booking each function separately. Send us guest numbers and dates for each function and we will put together one quote.
Do you know the running order of a sangeet and baraat, or do we need to brief you from scratch? +
We know the shape of these events, high-energy dance sets on the sangeet, a procession and arrival on the baraat, and we plan bar service around them rather than against them. We will still ask you for your specific running order and any family-specific traditions so the bar opens, slows, and closes at the right moments rather than working from a generic template.
Can you provide a bar at more than one venue across the wedding weekend? +
Yes. Multi-venue weekends, a hall for the mehndi, a marquee or hotel for the sangeet, a different venue again for the reception, are something we're set up for. We quote transport and setup per venue and can hold the same bartender team across all three so the service feels consistent even when the location changes.
What cocktails and mocktails work best across an Asian wedding weekend? +
Mango and passionfruit-based cocktails, spiced rum serves, and a paan-inspired mocktail are popular choices across mehndi and sangeet nights.
