Every booking includes a portable bar unit, licensed bartenders, premium spirit selection, quality glassware, ice, and full setup and strike. A welcome drinks service can run from the procession's arrival, then transition into the main reception bar without a gap in service.

All-inclusive packages cover every drink from the arrival toast to the last order, spirits, cocktail ingredients, beer, wine, soft drinks, and a full zero-proof menu. Public liability insurance of £5 million and personal alcohol licences are included on every booking.

What Baraat & Reception Bar Hire Costs.

These events often run longer than a standard reception once you include the procession and formalities. On an all-inclusive package, a 150-guest, 6-hour bar works out around £5,850-£6,750. Dry hire and cash bar work out cheaper where the venue or family supplies part of the drinks.
