Mehndi & Henna Night Bar Hire.

A mehndi bar needs to work for the room it's actually in, often daytime, often dry, always relaxed. Our full zero-proof cocktail menu comes as standard on every package at no extra charge, so an alcohol-free mehndi gets the same standard of drinks as any other booking. A licensed bar is available too, for families who want one.

01 - What's Included

Zero-Proof as Standard.

Every mehndi booking includes a portable bar unit, bartenders, quality glassware, ice, and full setup and strike. Our zero-proof menu covers the same flavour range as our licensed menu, citrus, spiced, fruity, herbal, so a dry mehndi doesn't feel like a compromise. There is no surcharge for going alcohol-free.

If the family wants a licensed bar available too, we run bartenders holding personal alcohol licences alongside the mocktail service, and £5 million public liability insurance covers every booking either way.

02 - The Menu

Mocktails Built for the Occasion.

Mango and passionfruit mocktails, a paan-inspired serve, and a spiced masala mocktail are consistently popular choices at mehndi nights. Guests often move slowly between henna stations, seating areas, and food across several hours rather than gathering at the bar all at once, so we stock and staff for a steady, unhurried pace rather than a short rush.

We coordinate the bar's position with henna artists and photographers on site so it doesn't crowd their space or the queue for henna. See our full cocktail menu for the complete drinks list, licensed and zero-proof.

08 - FAQ

Mehndi & Henna Night Bar Hire FAQ.

Can the mehndi bar be entirely non-alcoholic? +
Yes, this is a common request for mehndi nights. We run a full zero-proof cocktail menu on every package at no extra charge, so a mehndi can be entirely alcohol-free without feeling like a scaled-back version of a normal bar. Mango and passionfruit mocktails, a paan-inspired serve, and a spiced masala mocktail are popular mehndi drinks.
Do you also offer a licensed bar if some guests want alcohol at the mehndi? +
Yes. Some families run the mehndi fully dry, others want a bar available for guests who drink while keeping the tone daytime and relaxed. We can run either, or a menu split between the two, tell us the family's preference when you enquire and we'll build the drinks list around it.
Our mehndi is a daytime event, does that change the setup? +
It changes the pace more than the setup. Daytime mehndis tend to run slower and longer, with guests moving between henna stations, seating, and food rather than a single dance-floor rush. We staff and stock for a steady flow across several hours rather than short, high-volume bursts, and we can start service earlier in the day than a typical evening booking.
How much does mehndi bar hire cost? +
Dry hire starts from £1,700, cash bar from £500 plus a £1,500 minimum spend, and all-inclusive zero-proof packages run £6.50-£7.50 per person per hour, the same rate as our standard cocktail menu, there's no surcharge for going alcohol-free. A 100-guest, 4-hour all-inclusive mocktail bar lands around £2,600-£3,000.
What venues do you usually cover for mehndi nights? +
Hired halls, marquees in a family garden, community centres, and hotel function rooms across London and Berkshire. Mehndis are often hosted at home more than the later functions in the weekend, our house party bar hire page covers residential setups if that's the plan.
Can you coordinate with henna artists and photographers on site? +
Yes. We're used to sharing a room with henna stations, photographers, and a separate food setup, and we position the bar so it doesn't compete for space or attention with the henna artists. Let us know the room layout in advance and we'll plan the bar placement around it.
