We offer three transparent pricing structures tailored to your event type.
1. Paid Bar (All-Inclusive - Best Value) This is our most popular option for weddings and corporate events where you want to treat your guests.
Unlimited Cocktails & Drinks: £7.50 per person, per hour.
Unlimited Drinks (excluding Cocktails): £6.50 per person, per hour.
Note: These packages require a minimum of 100 guests and a minimum 4-hour service. (Minimum booking value: £2,600 - £3,000).
2. Cash Bar (Guests Pay) Ideal for large gatherings, festivals, or charity events. Guests purchase their own drinks via cash or card.
Booking Fee: £500 (This is waived if you have over 200 guests).
Minimum Spend: We require a minimum revenue guarantee of £1,500. (If sales fall short, you simply cover the difference).
Glassware: A flat £250 fee covers all glassware hire, breakage, and a dedicated crew member to collect and wash glasses throughout the event.
3. Dry Hire (Service & Equipment Only) If you prefer to supply your own alcohol, you can hire our infrastructure and team.
Staffing: £50.00 per hour, per bartender (plus travel).
Bar Structure Hire: £500 for a small bar or £750 for a large bar.
Recommendation: For most events, our Paid Bar packages usually offer better value and less hassle than sourcing your own stock.
It’s a simple 4-step process:
Enquiry: Contact us for a quote within 24 hours.
Planning: We design your menu and handle venue logistics.
Deposit: A 25% deposit secures your date.
Event Day: We arrive 2 hours early to set up.
We are very flexible.
Power: We typically need 1-2 standard 13-amp sockets.
Water: We don't need running water at the bar (we bring our own).
Outdoor: For parks or garden parties, we require a shelter (gazebo/marquee) and flat ground.

Cash Bar: Your guests purchase their own drinks by card or cash. This is popular for larger events. There is a £500 booking fee (which we waive if you have over 200 guests) and a minimum spend guarantee of £1,500. If bar sales don't reach this amount, you simply pay the difference.
Paid Bar: You cover the cost, providing a generous "open bar" experience for your guests. You pay a set hourly rate—£6.50 per person (excluding cocktails) or £7.50 per person (including cocktails). This creates a seamless flow for weddings and corporate events and applies to bookings with a minimum of 100 guests for 4 hours.
Yes, we provide full commercial-grade glassware (flutes, coupes, highballs, etc.).
For Paid Bars: Glassware is included in your package price at no extra cost.
For Cash Bars: There is a flat £250 charge. This covers breakage and, crucially, pays for an additional dedicated crew member whose sole job is to collect and wash glasses throughout the event, ensuring your venue remains tidy.
