Your deposit secures your event date. Deposits will be returned within 5 working days of the completion of your event
If you require a refund of your deposit due to an event cancelation, 14 working days’ notice must be provided
Unless agreed beforehand, only drinks supplied by us can be consumed during the event and may lead to a loss of your deposit
When booking with us please provide us
If there have been any direct costs paid by us, we will net these off before issuing a refund. For example, if we have applied for a temporary events notice – we will deduct the direct cost of £21.00 which was paid to the local council
