Mobile bar hire across Shoreditch for tech launches, art gallery openings, and corporate events. Licensed bartenders and a fully equipped portable bar delivered to Shoreditch, Old Street, Hoxton, Brick Lane, Spitalfields, Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, and Liverpool Street.
Corporate
Shoreditch is the centre of London's tech and startup scene. Product launches, funding round celebrations, team socials, and client hospitality events at co-working spaces and private hire venues around Old Street roundabout and Curtain Road are among our most regular corporate bookings. The area's industrial-chic aesthetic aligns naturally with our freestanding bar units.
Corporate events in Shoreditch demand a higher level of brand integration than standard private parties. We offer fully branded bar setups — custom-printed bar fronts, personalised menu boards, logo-etched glassware, and bespoke cocktail names tied to the product or company. Our bartenders present professionally and are experienced in managing the pace of corporate events, from networking reception through to late-evening drinks.
The Liverpool Street and Spitalfields quarter connects Shoreditch to the City of London. After-work events at venues along Bishopsgate and Commercial Street blend City corporate culture with Shoreditch's creative energy. For full corporate package details, see our corporate event bar hire page.
Creative Spaces
Hoxton's gallery scene and Brick Lane's creative market culture make the eastern edge of Shoreditch a constant source of event bookings. Gallery openings, private views, and pop-up exhibitions at spaces along Hoxton Square, Redchurch Street, and the Brick Lane side streets require drinks service that enhances the occasion without competing with the art.
Our bar units for gallery events use a minimal, clean-lined design that sits comfortably alongside contemporary art installations. Cocktail menus are curated for visual impact — colour, glassware, and garnish are selected to complement the exhibition's palette. Bartenders work at a measured pace during the viewing phase, then shift to higher-tempo service as the evening progresses into its social phase.
Shoreditch's brick arch venues beneath the railway viaducts — on Rivington Street, Great Eastern Street, and Bethnal Green Road — offer raw industrial spaces with exposed brick, concrete floors, and minimal fixtures. These venues suit our self-contained bar format perfectly: no plumbing required, no wall fixings, and full flexibility on positioning. For private party formats in these spaces, see our private event bar hire page.
Packages
Shoreditch events split into two core formats. Startup socials, gallery openings, and intimate networking events for 40 to 80 guests suit our dry hire package — a single bar unit with two trained bartenders, full glassware, and ice supply. The host or company supplies their own drinks, keeping costs predictable and allowing brand-specific spirit selections.
Larger corporate events, brand activations, and product launches typically run on our all-inclusive package. Premium spirits, fresh mixers, garnishes, and all equipment are bundled into a per-person rate. For events exceeding 150 guests, multi-bar setups distribute service across the venue — essential in the open-plan warehouse and arch spaces common to Shoreditch.
Bethnal Green and Whitechapel extend the Shoreditch service area eastward. House parties in the Victorian terraces south of Bethnal Green Road and birthday celebrations at converted spaces near Whitechapel Gallery use the same pricing structure. Our bartender hire page covers staffing options for events where you already have a venue bar and only need personnel.

Getting there
Shoreditch High Street (Overground) and Old Street (Northern line) are the two primary stations for Shoreditch events. Liverpool Street station (Central, Elizabeth, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan lines plus mainline services) sits at the southern edge and connects directly to Central London, West London, and Berkshire via the Elizabeth line.
For our delivery van, Great Eastern Street and Curtain Road provide the main access routes through central Shoreditch. Brick Lane and Commercial Street serve the eastern venues. Controlled parking zones operate across the area, and we schedule load-in outside peak hours. Most brick arch venues have rear loading access from side streets or yards, which we confirm with venue management before the event. Neighbouring Hackney venues are accessible via Kingsland Road heading north.
