Mobile bar hire across Greenwich for maritime venue events, riverside celebrations, and historic location parties. Licensed bartenders and a fully equipped portable bar delivered to Greenwich, Blackheath, Deptford, Lewisham, Woolwich, Eltham, Charlton, and Cutty Sark.
Heritage Venues
Greenwich's UNESCO World Heritage Site status makes it one of the most architecturally significant event locations in London. The Old Royal Naval College, the Painted Hall, the National Maritime Museum, and the Queen's House host weddings, corporate galas, and charity dinners in settings that few other London venues can match. Our mobile bar units are designed to complement these spaces — self-contained, visually clean, and requiring no modifications to historic fabric.
Heritage venue events in Greenwich require careful coordination. Load-in routes, equipment positioning, and power supply must be agreed with venue management well in advance. Our team handles this planning layer from the booking stage, confirming access times, floor protection requirements, and any restrictions on bar placement near historic features. Setup is always quiet and methodical.
The Royal Observatory and Greenwich Park host seasonal events with outdoor bar service. Cutty Sark Gardens, directly beneath the historic clipper ship, is a popular location for corporate summer parties and community events. For wedding-specific details at Greenwich's heritage venues, see our wedding bar hire page.
Riverside
The Thames riverfront from Deptford through Greenwich to Woolwich offers a continuous stretch of event-capable waterfront venues. Greenwich Pier, the Trafalgar Tavern terrace, and the converted warehouse spaces in Deptford's Creekside quarter provide riverside backdrops for cocktail receptions, corporate entertaining, and private celebrations. Our bar units position on quaysides, terraces, and boathouse floors with weighted bases for stability near the water.
Deptford's creative scene has expanded rapidly. The Deptford Market Yard, Albany Theatre, and the warehouse conversions along Creekside Road host private hire events that blend the area's artistic character with riverside views. These venues suit our freestanding bar format — no plumbing connections, no wall fixings, full flexibility on positioning within the space.
Woolwich's Royal Arsenal riverside development includes modern event spaces with Thames views, strong transport links via the Elizabeth line, and dedicated loading facilities. Corporate events and private parties at the Arsenal venues suit our all-inclusive package, where a single per-person rate covers drinks, staff, and equipment. For corporate details, see our corporate event bar hire page.
Packages
Greenwich events range from intimate Blackheath garden parties to large-scale heritage venue galas. Our dry hire package is the most cost-effective entry point — a single bar unit with two trained bartenders, glassware, ice, and all accessories. You supply your own drinks, keeping the budget under your control and allowing you to select wines, Champagne, and spirits to match your occasion.
All-inclusive packages are the preferred choice for heritage venue events and riverside celebrations where the host wants a fully managed drinks service. Premium spirits, fresh mixers, garnishes, and all equipment are bundled into a per-person rate. We arrive early to set up, serve throughout the event, and handle full breakdown and removal afterwards.
Blackheath and Eltham extend the Greenwich service area south of the Thames. Garden parties at the large period properties on Blackheath Park and Lee Terrace use the same pricing structure as central Greenwich events. Lewisham and Charlton house parties and birthday celebrations are priced identically — no premium for location within the M25.

Getting there
Greenwich station (mainline rail from London Bridge) and Cutty Sark station (DLR) are the primary access points for central Greenwich events. The Jubilee line at North Greenwich connects to Central London and Canary Wharf. Woolwich's Elizabeth line station has significantly improved east-west connectivity, linking directly to Liverpool Street and West London. Blackheath station (mainline rail) serves the southern residential area.
For our delivery van, the A2 provides direct road access from central London and the M25. The Blackwall Tunnel connects Greenwich to East London and Hackney north of the river. Heritage venue events in the town centre may have restricted vehicle access during peak hours — we schedule load-in before 8am or after 6pm and confirm vehicle routing with the venue. Thames Clipper river bus services from Greenwich Pier provide an alternative guest arrival route for riverside events.
